Just one week and the world within my department has changed. Too bad for us, NSF, the tides are now turned against us in what I would call an unexpected twist in the history of my department. A dark force has appeared, threatening to rip our daily lifestyles apart, making us no different from slaves.

What the hell! I could use all the vulgarities in the world!

No...I cannot let anger take control of me. Thats why I hate to work in the office or huge organisations because of the regimental methods they adopt. It is pissing me off big time. This feeling of helplessness is making me want to explode from inside. It's like me facing off against a tiger. I lack sufficient skills and knowledge to help myself much less help the rest of my fellow NSFs. THink! Think! Think!

I sense a miserable future. Good leadership comes with understanding of those beneath you. Thats what many people lack. And to me, I see all man as equal whether you're a general or some director of some bigshot company. It's the respect, not the power you hold within that I regard. You're still human. If you do not respect us, why expect us to do the same? It's just that the masses don't really care so long as life is good. Making life difficult would only create a spark that will lead to an explosion. That is what is happening in mine. Although we are faced with a losing battle, I never want to admit that the battle is lost. Surely there is a way. Even the mighty Napoleon fell.

I dunno who will read this entry of mine, but if I know you, I will tell you the specific details in person. If you're an NSF, surely sometimes you feel that the regimental ways do go out of hand sometimes and you cannot do anything about it. Think about it.... The commander who pushes his men too hard will only know one thing: failure and his downfall.
