What can I say. The chalet was f@#ked up. Jonny agreed. (as shown above: he's on the right, I'm on the left) It was the perfect location but the weather spoilt everything. There was insufficient food and everybody seemed pretty moody. Only the night of the bbq is worth mentioning. Oh man, the next time I plan a chalet, I know what I have to do.
Something that happened over the week infuriated me much. It was the selection for the PSA soccer league. I could not believe it when I saw the list of players registered under my department. This reminded me of the soccer situation in Singapore. What my friend told me was true. The problem why Singapore cannot make it at international level is due to the coaches' and managers' fault. There are many talented players here but we see screwed up players on the pitch. How is this possible, you may ask. Blame it on the organization, and the races.
Office politics is getting on my nerves. Imagine late 20 and 30 year olds hitting out against their colleagues/staff assistants through email and comments and all that kind of stuff. Backstabbing never felt so real before. Humans just piss me off.
