By request! A review of my National Day Weekend!

Bad, bad and BAD! I initially thought that Saturday would be a good day. Clubbing at newsroon bar cum NTU bash. But then, the crowd really sucked. Well, maybe I was really tired, slogging the morning and afternoon away at a SPANS pre-event. The music turned out alright, but I felt a little lifeless and irritated by some things going on then. In the end, I just sat on the fountain outside, wishing someone would come along, sit down and chat with me. Obviously none came. Most of the bashes I had been to over the past year were disappointing. Maybe next time, like Gavin, I need to bring a date along. The clubbing scene at 'young adult' level (18-21) simply cannot make it.

On Sunday afternoon, there was duty at the SPANS pre-event again and so the day was wasted just like that.

Monday was national day. I stayed home the whole damn day, except for dinner with my parents outside. We were in the middle of dinner when the fireworks started lighting up the sky. Seemed like a long time since I last saw fireworks.
